Spring 2017 Inspiration: Collages and snippets

Forget the grey skies for a moment, and let’s talk colour.

The upcoming SS17 Collection is all about vibrancy and joie de vivre. Starting with a dapper line of black-and-white fabrics, the collection moves through chic prints in sharp contrast to a gorgeous explosion of multicolour.

Bright Florals with a Touch of Psychedelia

Pulling inspiration from the bright hues and silhouettes of Swinging London in the sixties, the dreamlike romance of Paris, and the festive feel of garden party picnics, this season will bring a little taste of celebration to the fresh looks of modern femininity.

Bringing back business attire with flair, we are loving this year’s pantsuit trends. Look forward to suiting pairs in bold yet clean-cut prints - trousers and blazers you can match (or mix!) in powerful, professional statements. In windowpane check, polka dots or micro lattice; print mixing is made easy in the classic combination of black and white.

Parisian Picnic: Black and White Meets Soft Florals 

On the softer side of things, loose-fitting shirt dresses and flowing skirts will not go amiss this spring. Imagine yourself into a Parisian picnic; loitering on the grounds of the Louvre. A lightweight woven challis, deep navy with blushing coral flower motifs and a spread of simple gingham…lay it out in fabric to make the dream feel tangible.
