We will accept returns of full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund.
Notice must be given to sales@bergstromoriginals.com to obtain a return authorization number within 2 days of receipt of your product.

- Email us at sales@bergstromoriginals.com within 2 days of receiving product
- We will provide you with a Return Code and RA#, as well as your original order number to enter at canadapost.ca
- Print the return shipping label that is generated by Canada Post, OR bring the Return Code, RA# and Order Number to any Canada Post office for them to print label
- Re-pack your returnable items, and attach label to package (unworn/unused with all labels/tags attached and original packaging/shoe box)
- Drop off at any Canada Post outlet
- Return fee* will be deducted from refund owing upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. Ex: If you are returning goods valued at $100 and you live in Quebec, your net refund will be $80
** please note, the Flat Rate Returns is only an option. You may use your own shipping method of choice. Please email us at sales@bergstromoriginals.com for your RA#.
All returns are at the cost of the buyer.
Any customs charges (duty, taxes or brokerage fees) billed upon returns from USA are the responsibility of the buyer, and will be deducted from refund owing.
Footwear returns must be in the original condition. We will not accept returns of worn footwear.
Please note: All sale merchandise is final.
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.
